2023-24 Women’s March Madness odds: South Carolina Gamecocks heavy favorites

The South Carolina Gamecocks seem unstoppable, and at 27-0, that might very well be the case.

Their odds to win the women’s college basketball national championship moved to -130 (bet $10 to win $17.60 total) from +110 after winning their last game by 48 points (103-55 over Kentucky on Sunday).

South Carolina (25-0) is such a heavy favorite that FanDuel is offering an intriguing betting prop: The Gamecocks against the rest of the field to win the title.

You read that right: Bettors who take the field (+100) get every other team in the field.

Defending national champion LSU‘s odds dropped to +750 from +650 as the Tigers are on a six-game winning streak.

The odds for Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes fell from +700 to +850 after losing to No. 14 Indiana 86-69 on Thursday.

Clark recently broke the NCAA women’s all-time scoring record. With 3,617 points under her belt, she now sets her eyes on overtaking the all-time NCAA men’s basketball scoring record held by Pete Maravich (3,667).
