Week 3 of the college football season is in the rearview, and title futures are on the move.

While Georgia is still at the top of the board, a Big Ten team is closing in and another squad from the SEC East has made a big leap.

And remember, this season, the Playoff will feature 12 teams instead of four.

So with that in mind, let’s dive into the odds for some of the top teams at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Sept. 16.

Georgia continues to hold steady as the favorite to win it all but saw its odds lengthen to +320 from +280 after barely beating Kentucky 13-12 in Week 3.

Ohio State maintains the second spot. Although the Buckeyes had a bye, they closed the gap between themselves and the Bulldogs, as their odds shortened to +340 from +380.

Rounding out the top three is Texas at +500. The Longhorns stayed put after defeating UTSA 56-7. However, they did make a jump in the AP poll, moving to No. 1 from No. 2 and passing Georgia in the process.

One team that surged up the board is Tennessee. The Volunteers handily defeated Kent State 71-0, and their championship futures moved to +1400 from +2500.

Alabama’s odds also moved, shifting to +900 from +1200 after getting the victory over Wisconsin.

The Tide’s 42-10 win against the Badgers was — according to FOX Sports betting analyst Patrick Everson — a “key win for [sports betting] customers.”

The Tide were 15.5-point favorites on the road. One oddsmaker told Everson that the hefty margin of victory wasn’t the best outcome for sportsbooks.

“Everybody had ‘Bama, so that wasn’t good for us,” the oddsmaker said.
