2024 Heisman Trophy odds: Cam Ward rises, Quinn Ewers tumbles
Another college football week is in the books, and Boise State’sAshton Jeanty remains the favorite to win the Heisman after Week 8.
However, the Broncos’ running back’s odds moved to +220 from +160 over the last week, and Miami’s quarterback is closing in.
Cam Ward threw for 319 yards and four touchdowns in the Hurricanes’ Week 8, 52-45 win over Louisville.
His odds to win the Heisman moved up the board to +260 from +650 after that performance. Now he’s second behind Jeanty.
Let’s dive into the latest odds and look at some of the other movement at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Oct. 21.

Rounding out the top three is Oregon’s Dillon Gabriel, who stayed put at +400.
The Ducks’ quarterback had 290 passing yards and two TDs in his team’s 35-0 rout of Purdue.
Another player whose odds have moved up the board is Indiana’s Kurtis Rourke.
After the Hoosiers demolished Nebraska 56-7, Indiana’s QB’s Heisman futures moved to +3500 from +5000.
He’s thrown for 1,941 yards and 15 touchdowns on the season.
A player whose odds have tumbled is Quinn Ewers from Texas.
Before the Longhorns’ prime-time matchup against Georgia, he was +2500. But Quinn got benched before halftime and ultimately finished with 211 yards and two touchdowns in the 30-15 loss.
Other notable shifts include Georgia’s Carson Beck moving to +2500 from +1500 and Tennessee’sNico Iamaleava moving to +12000 +9000.
