The Dodgers’ megastar has a .301 batting average, 53 homers and 123 RBI. On August 3, he became the first player this season to join the 30/30 club when he notched three steals against the Oakland A’s.

He is the third-fastest player in MLB history to reach that milestone, when factoring number of games played.

Eric Davis reached the mark in 90 games in 1987 and Alex Rodriguez accomplished the feat in 107 games in 1998.

In an even more extraordinary turn of events, Ohtani made more history on Sept. 19.

He became the first MLB player to post a 50/50 season. And this season will mark the first time the two-way extraordinaire has ever scratched the MLB postseason.
