2024 NBA Championship odds: Celtics, Nuggets favored for Finals; LAC rises

The Boston Celtics are still the favorites to win the title with the playoffs on the horizon.

As of Wednesday, Boston’s odds sit at +160, and it still holds the league’s best record at 62-17.

The Celtics are also the -175 favorites to win the Eastern Conference, with a comfortable lead over the Milwaukee Bucks (+350)550 and Philadelphia 76ers (+950)750.

Speaking of Eastern Conference contenders, one suffered a big blow on Tuesday, when Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo went down with a left calf strain.

According to reports, Antetokounmpo will return based on how quickly the strain heals.

With that, the Bucks’ odds to win the East lengthened from +350 to +550, and their title odds moved from +800 to +1100.

Behind the Celtics on the title board are the defending champion Denver Nuggets at +350.

Denver is also +145 favorites to win the Western Conference.
