2024 NBA playoff odds: Jayson Tatum favored for Finals MVP; Nikola Jokic falls

The NBA postseason is well underway, and fans are diving into the MVP betting markets.

Currently, Boston’s Jayson Tatum is the betting favorite to be named Finals MVP at +130.

Tatum is also at the top of the oddsboard to be named Eastern Conference Finals MVP at -165. His teammate Jaylen Brown is sitting third at +700.

In the West, Denver’s Nikola Jokic was long the favorite to be named Western Conference Finals MVP, but has since fallen off a cliff now that his Nuggets trail 2-0 in their Western Conference semifinals matchup with Minnesota.

Will the three-time league MVP be able to pull off a comeback and add more hardware to the trophy case?
