2024 Comeback Player of the Year Odds:
Kirk Cousins, Falcons: -150 (bet $10 to win $16.67 total)
Joe Burrow, Bengals: +400 (bet $10 to win $50 total)
J.K. Dobbins, Chargers: +600 (bet $10 to win $70 total)
Aaron Rodgers, Jets: +900 (bet $10 to win $100 total)
Damar Hamlin, Bills: +900 (bet $10 to win $100 total)

Kyler Murray, Cardinals: +1500 (bet $10 to win $160 total)

Entering Week 10, Kirk Cousins is the favorite, having led the Falcons to a 6-3 record so far.
Cousins is fourth in the NFL in passing yards (2,328) and tied for fourth in touchdown passes (17). He missed a majority of last season with a torn Achilles.
Moving into second is Cincy’s Joe Burrow, after sitting at +1200 a few weeks ago. Burrow missed the conclusion of last season with a wrist injury.
The Bengals have won three of their last four, and Burrow has 2,244 passing yards (fifth), 20 TDs (tied for second) and only four picks on the season.
