2024 NFL Offensive Player of the Year odds: Tyreek Hill favored; Barkley takes leap
Tyreek Hill of the Miami Dolphins led the NFL in receiving yards (1,799) last season and was the co-leader in receiving touchdowns (13).
And in Week 1 of this season, “The Cheetah” — the current favorite to win Offensive Player of the Year — picked up right where he left off, tallying 130 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Hill finished second in the award race to the Niners’Christian McCaffrey last year. Can he take home the hardware at the conclusion of this season?
Here’s a look at the latest odds from DraftKings Sportsbook as of Sept. 10.
NFL OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR ODDS:
Tyreek Hill, Dolphins WR: +550 (bet $10 to win $65 total)
Saquon Barkley, Eagles RB: +850 (bet $10 to win $95 total)
CeeDee Lamb, Cowboys WR: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)
Christian McCaffrey, 49ers RB: +1300 (bet $10 to win $140 total)
Justin Jefferson, Vikings WR: +1400 (bet $10 to win $150 total)
Breece Hall, Jets RB: +1400 (bet $10 to win $150 total)
Bijan Robinson, Falcons RB: +1500 (bet $10 to win $160 total)
Ja’Marr Chase, Bengals WR: +1600 (bet $10 to win $170 total)
Hill jumped from +700 to +550 after his Week 1 outing, but it was Barkley who made the greatest leap.
The Eagles’ new running back rushed for 109 yards and two scores, and also caught a touchdown in Week 1. And with that, he moved from +2200 all the way down to +850.
Barkley is now second on the board.
McCaffrey, who was second at +850 just last week, dropped to fourth on the board at +1300.
He missed San Francisco’s 32-19 Monday night win over the Jets with calf and Achilles injuries.
