Euro 2024 Golden Boot tracker: Niclas Füllkrug joins leaders
The 2024 UEFA European Championship is underway in Munich and the goals came flooding out of the gate, with a record-breaking 16 goals in the first four matches.
What’s more, there have already been six own goals at Euro 2024, which is over half the final tally at Euro 2020, which was 11.
A popular prop bet during this event is predicting the winner of the Golden Boot, which is the award given to the player who scores the most goals in the tournament. Portugal‘s Cristiano Ronaldo won the Golden Boot in 2020 with five goals. Patrik Schick of the Czech Republic also scored five goals, but Ronaldo had an assist, which is the first tiebreaker — followed by the fewest minutes played — for the highly coveted award.
