FCA, UAW sued by 27 workers for racketeering

Workers at the Toledo Assembly Plant say FCA and union leaders “engaged in a classic pattern of racketeering, including committing multiple violations of bribery.” The suit comes less than two weeks after a federal judge in Detroit dismissed GM’s racketeering lawsuit against FCA.
