Ford names new general counsel, purchasing VP

John Mellen will succeed Bradley Gayton, who is leaving to become general counsel of the Coca-Cola Co., while Jonathan Jennings will take over the purchasing duties of Lisa Drake, who recently was promoted to North American COO.
