GM seeks new U.S. judge in ongoing legal fight with FCA

GM’s filing with the U.S. appeals court comes less than a week after U.S. District Court Judge Paul Borman called GM’s suit against FCA a “waste of time and resources.” The petition said Borman’s order is “unprecedented” and “a profound abuse” of judicial power.
