Honda, Hyundai rack up gains in Feb.

Higher car and truck demand drove American Honda to a 4.2 percent U.S sales gain last month. Hyundai’s expanded crossover lineup and stronger retail volume delivered another U.S. sales gain for the company, with deliveries rising 16 percent to 53,013, a record for the month. Mazda, Mitsubishi and Genesis also posted increases.
