N.Y. auto show postponed till Aug. because of epidemic

Press previews will be held Aug. 26 and 27, with public days slated for Aug. 28 through Sept. 6, the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association said late Tuesday. The annual auto show is the latest major event to be canceled or postponed as health experts and government officials scramble worldwide to contain a deadly coronavirus outbreak.
