Nokia wins patent ruling against Daimler in Germany

The case goes to the heart of how technology must be licensed for mobile-telecommunication systems that are standard features in most modern cars. Nokia could seek to stop Daimler from selling vehicles in Germany, but it would require collateral  $8.3 billion and a separate proceeding.
