Renault board set to approve De Meo as CEO

Renault is ready to announce Luca de Meo, formerly the head of VW Group’s Seat brand, as its new CEO as soon as this week, sources said. Renault and VW have reached an agreement on the noncompete clause, Automotive News Europe reported.
