Tesla must hire about 360 people at N.Y. plant to avoid fine
The factory, which produces photovoltaic shingles for solar rooftops, has been slow to ramp up since output began in late 2017. In a filing Thursday, Tesla said it intends to meet its remaining obligations at the facility.
