U.S.: Bid by men to avoid extradition over Ghosn escape ‘flawed’

U.S. prosecutors said a former Green Beret and his son, wanted by Japan for helping former Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn flee the country, are advancing a “flawed” interpretation of Japanese law as well as a “mischaracterization” of facts to fight extradition.
