U.S. small-business rescue exhausts cash with many still waiting

Several trade groups, including the National Automobile Dealers Association and the American International Automobile Dealers Association, are advocating for more funding for the program. As of Thursday morning the Small Business Administration reported there had been more than 1.6 million applications approved for about $338 billion.
