VLF accuses Chinese EV startup Karma of stealing product plans
VLF Automotive, a niche carmaker co-founded by industry veteran Bob Lutz, claims in a suit it shared plans for a “luxury Humvee” with Wanxiang Group’s Karma Automotive last fall as part of a proposed partnership to produce the vehicle for the Chinese market, only to have Karma try to cut it out of the deal.
